Cancellation policy

At The Conscious Creator Store, some products may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or through a try-before-you-buy option. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from The Conscious Creator Store, you will receive recurring products or services according to the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment information will be stored securely, and your selected payment method will be charged according to your subscription schedule unless you have chosen to pay for your subscription in advance.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation or other subscription-related emails.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal or recurring order, please cancel your subscription before the next scheduled billing date. Orders that have already entered processing or fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, The Conscious Creator Store may offer products for pre-order before they are officially available or ready for fulfillment.

Depending on the product, you may be charged the full purchase price at checkout, pay a partial deposit, or have your payment method securely stored for a future charge. Any applicable payment terms and anticipated fulfillment information will be provided at the time of purchase.

You may cancel a pre-order before it has entered production, processing, or fulfillment. Once a pre-order has entered production or fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled.

If a physical pre-order has already been delivered, eligibility for a return will be determined according to our Refund & Return Policy, including our 7-day return period for eligible physical products.

Try Before You Buy

If The Conscious Creator Store offers a try-before-you-buy option, your payment method may be authorized when your order is placed without immediately charging you the full purchase price.

You will be given a specified trial period to decide whether you would like to keep the product. The applicable trial period and return instructions will be provided at the time of purchase.

If you decide not to keep the product, it must be returned according to the instructions provided and within the specified trial period. If the product is not returned within that period, your payment method will be charged the full purchase price.

Returned items must meet any applicable return-condition requirements outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
